• Sealed Products: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sealed items purchased, such as trading cards. If an item happens to arrive damaged, reach out to us within 48 hours from the delivery at cbirchcoins@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.

• Coins, Currency, Other Collectibles: These items are eligible for a return within 14 days from the original purchase. Item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. All returned items will be subject to a 3% fee to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

• Cancellations are only permitted if requested before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. A 3% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order value to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee.
