Shipping Destinations: We currently only ship orders to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and hope to expand business internationally later this year. We do ship internationally on eBay, which you can find here.
Shipping Method: We offer shipping services using primarily USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the order size. For large orders, UPS or FedEx may be used. All orders will include tracking information.
Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed quickly within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are a flat rate depending on the weight of the item. The total costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, allowing you to review and confirm the shipping charges for your order.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided), additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. We will contact you to arrange for payment of these charges.
Stolen Packages: Birch Coins & Collectibles cannot be held responsible for stolen packages post-delivery. If you would like to arrange adding a signature upgrade, reach out to us at cbirchcoins@gmail.com.
